Congratulations to Greg Kasi on the birth of his beautiful baby girl Aurora Mikayla Avery Kasi. She was born at 345 am on 7/31/11 at 8lbs 5 oz, Mother and Baby doing well.

East Central Florida Referee Association (ECFRA) is a local group of soccer officials organized and affiliated with the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA). We have over 50 registered members who officiate the majority of the high school soccer matches in Volusia and Flagler Counties and provide soccer officials for some schools in St John's and Putnam Counties.
ECFRA is dedicated to the continuing development of soccer referees. We provide a forum for our members to meet and discuss soccer officiating and related matters. We also provide ongoing training and developmental assessments for our members.
We believe very strongly that a referee's first and foremost responsibility
is to ensure a safe venue for every player regardless of age, skill or experience.
